When will my order ship?

We do our best to get your order shipped ASAP. Given that we are a one-woman-team, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. You will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

My shipment arrived damaged. What can I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! We understand that unfortuantely sometimes unexpected things can happen in transit (i.e. broken glass, overheating causing melted wax) and we want to make things right. If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@acandlefor.com and attach a photo. We will be happy to replace your order.

What's the best way to take care of my candle?

BURN BABY BURN: The first time you light your candle, allow time for the wax to melt fully to the edges of the glass. This will ensure an even burn.

CUT IT OUT: Before each burn, trim your wick. This will prevent your candle from smoking.

SEE YOU IN ANOTHER LIFE: Easily up-cycle or recycle your vessel once you've reached the end of your candle.
